When you say you accept someone, there should be no buts. Because if there is an exception, then you only accept that person partially, which is the same as not accepting that person at all.

And it’s the same case with love. “I love you but…” You can stop right there. It’s either you love me as I am, or you don’t love me at all. Sadly, I’m experiencing the latter. You hug me, kiss me and say you love me and you care for me. But all that turns to bullshit when you see my display of affection for my loved one. All of a sudden you tell me to go to hell. Sorry, I don’t believe hell exists. (But then again, maybe it does because you’re making me go through it.)

I wish you would stop treating me like I have a sickness that needs to be cured. There is nothing wrong with me, and I will not be treated like a second class citizen. I’m not carrying something that has to be tolerated. Because when you say you tolerate something, it means you’re just trying to stand its presence even if it’s against your will. If anything, it’s you who needs to get rid of your disgusting bigoted ways because the only thing you’re spreading is hate.

Don’t give me that shit about tradition or religion. You want to be traditional, then go back to the time when women didn’t have the right to speak out. Go back to the time when women always got beaten up by men. Go back to the time when slavery was still rampant. But too bad for you, we’re not in the 19th century anymore. Move on.

“But the Bible says so”? Then you, too, are an abomination for eating shellfish, wearing clothes with mixed fabrics, and cutting your hair, among other things. If you’re subscribing to what the Bible literally says, then you should have stoned us to death when we were kids because we used to be unruly. You know what? Don’t even talk to me about you being godly. I’m not even gonna listen to you if you give me that because no person can fit five swear words in one sentence and be godly at the same time.

So until you stop being narrow-minded and try to listen to what I’m trying to tell you, I’m not having any conversations with you.
